RESIDENTIAL EPDM ROOFING
WATERTIGHT. WORRY-FREE. BUILT FOR NEW ENGLAND.
EPDM—often called rubber roofing—is the gold standard for flat and low-slope roofs. It delivers long-term, flexible waterproofing that stands up to snow loads, freeze–thaw cycles, and wind across Southern New Hampshire. At Compass Exteriors, we engineer each EPDM system for your home’s unique slope, drainage, and structural needs—so your roof stays dry for decades.
WHY HOMEOWNERS TRUST COMPASS EXTERIORS FOR EPDM
On-the-Roof Inspections (Every Time): We physically walk every roof. If we find issues, you’ll get clear photos and a video explanation of problem areas—no guesswork.
System-Driven Design: We design drainage, tapered insulation, and edge metal as a complete system to prevent ponding and ice-dam issues.
Right Materials for NH: 60 mil EPDM membranes, high-density cover boards, and custom edge metal for wind uplift resistance.
Property Protection Done Right: Plywood tenting over landscaping/HVAC, and pool covers to prevent damage during tear-off.
Proven Warranty Protection: Up to 20-year manufacturer system warranties (spec-dependent) plus our 10-year workmanship warranty.
