A beautiful Manchester home got a fresh look with a roof replacement by Compass Exteriors. During the tear-off process, we discovered and replaced a significant amount of damaged roof sheathing to ensure a safe and stable foundation for the new system. As part of our standard installation process, we re-nailed all existing and new plywood decking — a step many contractors skip, but one we believe is critical for long-term performance and fastening integrity.

After the structural work was completed, we installed synthetic underlayment, upgraded flashing, and a full ridge vent system. The result is a clean, durable roof that’s built to last — installed with care and craftsmanship from the ground up.
