Our Story

Compass Exteriors was founded to set a new standard in an industry that too often relies on high-pressure sales tactics, confusing pricing, and contractors who overpromise and underdeliver. After years working in the construction and exterior renovation industry, we saw firsthand how homeowners and business owners were often pushed through long sales presentations filled with gimmicks designed to close deals instead of solve problems.

We believed there was a better way to do it.

Meet the Team

Ben Couture

Head of Sales

Born and raised in Goffstown, New Hampshire, Ben has been part of the construction industry for over 15 years. Growing up in a family of business owners in the trades, he developed an early appreciation for the discipline, problem-solving, and craftsmanship required to complete projects the right way. Today, as Co-Owner and Head of Sales at Compass Exteriors, Ben brings that same work ethic and experience to every roofing, siding, and exterior renovation project.

Corey Paquette

Head of Business Operations

Corey’s roots in construction go back to when he was a teenager, working on residential rehabs and renovations throughout New Hampshire. After earning his degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of New Hampshire and completing graduate coursework at Harvard Business School in Finance and Business Analytics, he built a 15-year career consulting on large-scale construction and real estate projects. At Compass Exteriors, Corey focuses on operations, finance, marketing, and strategic planning.

Jaime Machado

Head of Production

As a third-generation roofer, Jaime grew up surrounded by the craft. From a young age, he was on job sites with his family, learning firsthand the value of hard work and what it takes to build something that lasts. Over the years, he has mastered every aspect of roofing and exterior renovations, rising from laborer to job supervisor and earning a reputation for his deep technical knowledge and leadership in the field.
