SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Compass Exteriors LLC, a licensed residential and commercial roofing contractor in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Messages include appointment confirmations, roof inspection scheduling, quote and estimate delivery, project status updates, scheduling coordination, invoice notifications, and customer service responses.
How to Opt In
Compass Exteriors LLC collects SMS opt-in consent through three channels:
(1) Website forms. When you complete a contact form, free estimate request, or other form on compass-exteriors.com, you may check the optional SMS consent box to receive text messages from us. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default, is not pre-selected, is not required to submit the form, and your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of receiving an estimate or any other product or service. The consent disclosure shown next to the checkbox identifies Compass Exteriors LLC as the sender, describes the types of messages you will receive, states the typical message frequency, notes that message and data rates may apply, and links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
(2) Verbal consent during a phone consultation. When you call us at 603-219-1523 or speak with a Compass Exteriors representative by phone, the representative may ask for your express verbal permission to send SMS messages related to your inquiry or project. Your verbal consent is logged in our CRM with a timestamp, the representative’s name, and the scope of consent.
(3) Written consent on a signed Compass Exteriors service agreement or roofing proposal. Our service agreements include an explicit SMS consent clause directly above the signature line. You may initial that clause to opt in to SMS communications about your project.
In all three channels, consent is express, affirmative, and revocable at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will only receive messages from the phone number(s) associated with Compass Exteriors LLC. Compass Exteriors does not share, sell, lease, or transfer your opt-in data or phone number to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active projects and inquiries — typically 2 to 10 messages per month.
Cost
Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Compass Exteriors LLC does not charge for SMS messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages.

Supported Carriers
Messages are supported across AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and consent records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
