Project Overview

After replacing this homeowner's roof last summer, they reached back out to our team to help address another issue they had been dealing with for years — an aging sliding glass door that had become increasingly difficult to operate and was beginning to show signs of air leakage and moisture intrusion. Like many older sliding patio doors throughout Southern New Hampshire, the existing unit had broken down from years of seasonal expansion, contraction, moisture exposure, and everyday wear. The homeowners had noticed drafts during colder months, difficulty opening and closing the door, condensation buildup, reduced energy efficiency, and minor moisture concerns around the frame.
